Subscription Initiation

To start any recurring dog waste removal service, clients must create an online account and provide a valid payment method. A temporary authorization may be applied to verify the payment method — this is not an actual charge and will be released automatically.

Free First Scoop Offer

Poop Scoop Co proudly offers the first cleanup free as a courtesy to new recurring clients.

This offer is valid only when all of the following conditions are met:

• Enrollment in a recurring service plan

• Completion of a minimum of two paid cleanups

Important details:

• The Free First Scoop applies only to yards with reasonable waste accumulation levels.

• The Free First Scoop does not apply to excessively neglected yards or yards that require extended time to complete the initial cleanup.

• Excessively neglected yards may require additional fees and/or multiple visits to restore the yard to a standard maintenance condition.

• The Free First Scoop does not include deodorizer or other add-on services.

• This promotional offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred, credited, or redeemed.

Poop Scoop Co reserves the right to modify, revoke, or discontinue promotional offers at any time at its discretion.

Billing & Charges

Although the initial cleanup is provided at no charge (when conditions are reasonable), billing for the selected plan begins upon service initiation.

• Your first invoice is due upon receipt and will be processed automatically using the payment method on file.

• Your initial invoice will reflect the Free First Scoop and the remaining scheduled cleanups for the billing period based on your selected frequency and yard size.

Starting with the second billing cycle, your card will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month. Charges may be processed 1–3 business days prior to the due date as outlined in our Terms of Service.

If You Cancel Before Completing Two Paid Cleanups

Clients who cancel before completing two paid cleanups agree to the following:

• A one-time service fee of $65 will be applied to cover the initial visit.

If cancellation occurs after only one paid cleanup, the $65 fee will be added to the cost of that paid visit. Any remaining prepaid balance for unused services will be refunded.

Visible Waste Policy

Poop Scoop Co removes visible dog waste only. Waste that is hidden by grass, leaves, debris, landscaping, or other yard conditions may not be detected during service. Due to natural yard conditions, Poop Scoop Co does not guarantee removal of every individual waste deposit.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing — either by emailing contact@poopooscoop.com or through the customer portal (if applicable) — at least 48 hours before the next scheduled visit.

Authorization for Recurring Payments

By providing payment information, you authorize Poop Scoop Co to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen service plan and billing schedule, unless you cancel as outlined above.
