Subscription Initiation
To start any recurring dog waste removal service, clients must provide valid payment details when creating their online account. A temporary authorization (test charge) will be applied to verify the card. This authorization is not an actual charge and will be removed shortly.

Free First Scoop Offer
We proudly offer the first scoop free as a courtesy to new clients. This offer is valid only with the completion of at least two paid cleanups, billed in advance on the 1st of the month.

Clients who cancel before completing two paid cleanups will be charged a one-time service fee of $65 to cover the initial visit. If only one paid cleanup is completed before cancellation, the $65 fee will be added to the cost of the paid visit. Any remaining credit for unused services will be refunded.

Billing and Charges
Although the initial service is free of charge, billing for your selected plan will begin immediately using the card on file. Your first invoice is due upon receipt and will be paid automatically.

This first invoice will reflect the free first scoop and the remaining cleanups for the month, based on your chosen frequency and yard size.

Starting with the second month, your card will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month for that month’s full service.

Cancellations
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing—either by emailing contact@poopooscoop.com or through our customer portal—at least 48 hours before the next scheduled visit.

Authorization
By providing your payment information, you authorize Poop Scoop Co to charge the rate of your selected plan on a recurring basis according to the agreed schedule, unless you cancel as outlined above.
